Watch: Reds manager has incredible meltdown following ejection

Cincinnati Reds manager David Bell had some major issues with home plate umpire Edwin Jimenez and his strike zone on Sunday, and it resulted in him getting an early exit from the game.

Bell was ejected in the bottom of the second inning by Jimenez for arguing the strike zone, and he was not going to go away quietly.

Bell not only got his money's worth for the ejection by causing quite a scene with both Jimenez and third base umpire Brian O'Nora.

The highlight of the exchange might have been Bell walking over to home plate and drawing an outline of the strike zone in the dirt, before continuing with his screaming rampage.

Have a look.

As the announcers mentioned, this was not a new issue for Bell. He and the Reds were frustrated late in Saturday's loss to the Brewers and those frustrations clearly carried over to Sunday.

Bell has now been ejected 25 times in his career, and that might have been his best performance following any of them.

Any time you have a manager drawing things in the dirt, kicking dirt, or doing anything demonstrative you are going to get some high comedy.

This is also the biggest argument against robot umpires because if you remove the human element of calling balls and strikes we are going to lose out on this sort of excitement.
