UFC CEO Dana White has transcended the fight game. As such, he has been featured on podcasts and shows by people from different walks of life. White recently appeared on a podcast starring fitness influencer Jesse James West, who wanted to know about White’s ‘Superhuman Protocol.’

Dana White had credited human biologist Gary Brecka for introducing him to the protocol. Many were skeptical of White’s claims about the protocol, and West wanted to know the truth. West also delved into other matters, such as posing an interesting question to White.

White has previously bashed advertisers who tried to persuade him to cut ties with Donald Trump . Moreover, he even threw Peleton cycles from the UFC PI after Theo Von revealed they censored him. Nonetheless, White’s reply shocked West.

White’s protocol impressed Jesse James West, who was in awe of the UFC CEO’s workout commitments. The UFC CEO stated that the protocol enables him to work in the UFC, Power Slap, and the plethora of business ventures he is part of.

Dana White credited human biologists for saving his life. White had several health issues that Brecka appeared to solve. Brecka introduced White to the ‘Superhuman Protocol, which includes workouts, PEMF pads, cold plunges, red light therapy, and oxygen therapy.

White has expensive equipment which he utilizes to stay fit and healthy. However, there is a natural way to do the protocol, free of cost. Brecka spoke about how it can be done naturally on the UFC’s official YouTube channel.

Finally, UFC 303, headlined by Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler , concludes the UFC’s business on June 29 in the sixth month of the year. The ‘Superhuman Protocol’ will likely help White manage the busy month of June.
