Another UFC Fight Night has arrived, and a watch party will be airing live courtesy of UFC color commentator Jon Anik and former title challenger Kenny Florian.
UFC Vegas 84 will be headlined by a rematch between light heavyweights Magomed Ankalaev and Johnny Walker. Back in October 2023, Ankalaev and Walker fought to a disappointing no contest after the Octagon doctor deemed the Brazilian bruiser unable to continue following an illegal knee strike. Now, the two will hopefully get a more definitive outcome.
Fan favorite Jim Miller will also be in action, as he'll take on Gabriel Benítez. Bantamweights Ricky Simón and Mario Bautista are itching to trade leather. Phil Hawes vs. Brunno Ferreira holds a main card spot as well.
A heavyweight clash between Andrei Arlovski and Waldo Cortes-Acosta was expected to serve as tonight's featured preliminary fight, but Manel Kape missed weight for his planned main card battle with Matheus Nicolau. That bout ended up being cancelled, and Arlovski vs. Cortes-Acosta was promoted.
