The Cleveland Cavaliers finally found themselves at full strength after being down two starters for almost two months. However, the injuries are back and they're affecting two of Cleveland's key players whose availbtily was in question leading up to their game against the Detroit Pistons.

Donovan Mitchell

Donovan Mitchell was added to the injury report on Thursday evening with left knee soreness and was listed as questionable for the game. Now we know that Mitchell will be OUT for the Cavaliers as they take on the Pistons, per Cleveland.com.

This is now the third game that Spida has missed since returning from the All-Star Break. He missed Cleveland's first two games back from the hiatus due to an illness. The Cavs were on the losing end of both of those games so hopefully they can reverse that narrative against a struggling Pistons team.

Because of Mitchell's scoring and playmaking ability, Darius Garland will especially need to step up against Detroit to ensure this Cavaliers offense runs smoothly.

Caris LeVert

Caris LeVert put together a historic performance against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night despite the loss. Unfortunately, he was added to the injury report late on Thursday with a right elbow spring. He will also be OUT for the Cavs as they play in Detroit, per Cleveland.com.

LeVert is averaging 14.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 4.7 assists off Cleveland's bench this season. He's established himself as one of the best reserves in basketball and is a contender to win Six Man of the Year when the season comes to a close.
