Drake shouts out Warriors star Stephen Curry at concert

Stephen Curry received a special shoutout from famous rapper Drake, who was performing a concert in Brooklyn for his It's All a Blur tour. Curry was in attendance at the Barclays Center on July 17, seated in the VIP section.

Drake took a moment to show respect for the four-time champion. 

He joked, "I got my brother in the building tonight. They say we look alike."

In addition to being one of the most famous music artists in the world, Drake is also one of the most popular NBA super-fans. He cheers for the Toronto Raptors and also has the title of the team's global ambassador.

Drake has been in attendance for many of Curry's games, including the 2019 NBA Finals in which Toronto faced Golden State. The Raptors defeated the Warriors in the series, winning the NBA championship.

Despite Golden State's defeat in 2019, there seems to be no love lost between Curry and Drake, and despite competing against the Brooklyn Nets every season, the Barclays Center received Curry's shoutout with loud cheers.

The concert came just after Curry won the ACC celebrity golf tournament at Edgewood Tahoe Resort. He had an impressive outing, including a hole-in-one that went viral.

Curry is returning for his 15th NBA season and hopes to make another championship run. If he wants to get there, he might have to face Drake's Raptors a couple times on the way.
