Kevin Durant became the subject of internet hazing once again, but this time it was for the most peculiar reason possible. Former NBA player Isaiah Thomas reacted to a picture of Kevin Durant's shoes and noticed the small amount of skin exposed was extremely dry.

Thomas immediately came with the jokes, laughing at him and calling him ashy. In response, Twitter joined in with Thomas, making fun of Durant's legs and just letting him have it. Durant is usually an easy target on the internet, and all the fans needed was ammunition to use against him.

Clearly, the internet just went after Durant on this occasion. Much like how KD got roasted for his hairline pictures last year, the internet just found something that they could make fun of him for, mostly because there is no aspect of his game on the court that can be made fun of.

Even though it was all in good fun, Durant was not having the jokes and roasting from the internet. He took to Twitter to respond, saying that he's going to use the 'you're broke' card on them

It's unclear whether KD was joking or being sincere in his response, but there is no denying that this is one of the funnier incidents in NBA Twitter's recent history. KD will probably not be forgetting about this any time soon, and might even purchase some lotion for his legs going forward.

Despite how dry his legs are, they're still allowing him to play ball at the highest level possible. Durant is playing at an MVP level so far this season and has helped keep the Nets in contention while Kyrie Irving is absent and Harden works himself back into his usual form.

Durant's form will be crucial for the Nets as they make their push to win an NBA championship. He is the best player on the team, and arguably the best in the world. And with an incredible player like James Harden serving as the second option, they should be heavily in that mix.
