On the eve of CP3's first-ever Finals appearance, Jrue Holiday made sure to throw a little jab his way.

Speaking on going up against Paul for the NBA Championship, Jrue said the following to the media:

"I think everybody, as a kid, had seen Chris Paul play. But I'm not saying he's old."

At 36-years-old, Paul is obviously playing through the last stretch of his career. For the past 15 years, he has been playing like one of the best point guards in the NBA.

To see him at this stage, with the chance to finally win a title is surreal to many, and even to some of the people he'll be playing against.

Naturally, the NBA world is rooting for him.

The Finals is set to start on Tuesday, and it will feature two teams who nobody thought would make it this far.

But, in the end, the results will be sweet. On one hand, we'll get a young and hungry Bucks team finally bring their city another title. On the other hand, the legacy of Chris Paul will be validated once and for all, as will his place amongst the All-Time great point guards.

Truly a spectacular ending for both teams, but especially the guy (Chris Paul) who many of us have spent watching over the past 15 years.
