Could New York Knicks forward Cam Reddish be part of a major trade? Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Rich Paul, the absolute madman, may be at it again.

Michael Scotto of HoopsHype reports this week that the Los Angeles Lakers have interest in possibly trading for New York Knicks forward Cam Reddish. A lottery pick in 2019, Reddish is represented by Klutch Sports, the same agency that also represents many other Lakers players.

At this point, there is not enough hyperbole for just how much exposure the Lakers have to Klutch clients. Stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis plus rotation guys Talen Horton-Tucker and Kendrick Nunn are all represented by Klutch. The Lakers also brought in two more Klutch clients this summer. Meanwhile, Reddish is under the umbrella of the Paul-founded agency as well, represented by Klutch head of basketball Omar Wilkes.

Reddish is a fine player on his own accord, though, averaging 10.1 points per game in limited minutes last season to go along with disruptive defense. He is also a big wing at 6-foot-8 and still just 22 years old. But it will definitely not be a one-horse race for the Lakers, as another team much closer to championship contention is reportedly eyeballing Reddish too.
