An off-night can occur for any player in the NBA on any given night. Over the years, we have seen some of the best players in history struggle for a game. It is usually not possible to be perfect for each and every game of the season. But one NBA player's inconsistency is startling, experiencing the highest of highs, and the lowest of lows.

Tony Snell had a really poor night with the Portland Trail Blazers. In 12 minutes, Snell put up 0 points, assists, rebounds, blocks, and steals, and attempted 3 shots totally across the game. What makes this off-night even more peculiar is the fact that this is not the first time Snell has had this kind of night before.

One NBA fan on Twitter posted some of his statistical highs and lows. Snell had another blank night in all aspects of the game, while he was in Milwaukee (swipe below).

But he has also had incredible highs, once going 50% from the field and three, while making 100% of his free throws for an entire season, and even having a perfect shooting night, making 9 field goals, including 6 three-pointers.

NBA fans reacted to his inconsistency, with most pointing out the humorous nature of it. While others also suggested that his inconsistency is what has held him back from being more successful in the league. Clearly, maintaining regular form has been Tony Snell's biggest challenge in the NBA.

Snell has shown that he can play well in the past, and is a good performer once he finds his rhythm. But his inability to maintain a good run of form on a regular basis is what has held him back for so many years.

Snell's statline will be a laughing point for NBA fans for some time going forward. Maybe the continued trolling will motivate him to perform better and be more regular in the way he plays. But his performances need to improve going forward, especially if he wants to avoid another round of public ridicule.
