Gonzaga Bulldogs forward Kyle Wiltjer recently revealed that Adam Morrison, who starred at Gonzaga before flaming out in the NBA, apparently has a doomsday bunker all set up because he fears an impending apocalypse.

"The guy is fully equipped if there was an apocalypse,” Wiltjer said on a recent Pardon My Take podcast, via For the Win. “He’s got food stationed away. Everything. He could survive everything. … Yeah, he’s got guns. A bunker. Everything.”

As disturbing as that may seem, Morrison obviously isn’t the only person on this planet that is concerned the end is nigh. That doesn’t make him any less extreme for stocking up on food and weapons in case the apocalypse is indeed near at hand.

“He thinks something is going down with politics,” Wiltjer said. “He thinks everyone is corrupt.”

Wiltjer did admit, though, that he hasn’t had a firsthand look at the bunker.

“I haven’t fully seen it,” he said. “I’ve just heard the myth. But I’ve talked to him about it.”

Something about the notion that Adam Morrison has constructed a doomsday bunker somehow makes perfect sense. After all, anyone who has rocked such a ridiculous mustache at some point in his life probably is at least a tad off-kilter.

More than that, this is what former Washington Wizards teammate Jared Dudley said about Morrison, which practically confirms that the former college star has all the makings of some kind of apocalypse-obsessed survivalist.

"Adam Morrison. Remember Adam Morrison? He never took showers, he did the chewing tobacco that he spit all the time, and he wore the same three polos the whole year,” Dudley recalled last year, via The Big Lead. "This is a guy who made a lot of money, too, at that time. He was the face of diabetes, he was doing everything, he was on the cover of college games, he was [everywhere], and he was by far the worst and [most] disgusting.”

Yep, the all the puzzle pieces are locking into place regarding one Adam Morrison.
