Raptors, Magic reportedly showing interest in trading for Cavaliers' No. 3 pick

The Cleveland Cavaliers are reportedly receiving significant trade interest for their third-overall pick in this year's draft, according to The Ringer's Kevin O'Connor.

The Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic, owners of the fourth and fifth picks, respectively, have made offers for the Cavs' No. 3 pick, O'Connor adds. However, Cleveland may end up staying put and making a selection instead.

The Cavaliers have been heavily linked to USC center Evan Mobley, who is projected to be the third player off the board behind Jalen Green and Cade Cunningham.

While the Raptors and Magic would like to trade up, they might not have a nice enough package to convince the Cavs to pass on someone like Mobley. In his first season at USC, the Georgia native averaged 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game while shooting 57.8% from the field.

If the Cavaliers decide to trade the third-overall pick, Orlando will likely have to part ways with both the fifth- and eighth-overall selections, while Toronto would have to give up the fourth-overall pick.
