Jeremy Lamb last played in the NBA during the 2021-22 season when he was a member of the Indiana Pacers and  Sacramento Kings

That year, he averaged 7.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest while shooting 38.3% from the field and 32.4% from the three-point range in 56 regular season games.

This summer, Lamb was a free agent, and he has now officially signed with the Kings (he is on the training camp roster).

Lamb was initially the 12th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft out of UConn.

In addition to the Pacers and Kings, he has also played for the Charlotte Hornets and Oklahoma City Thunder.

Over ten seasons in the league, Lamb has career averages of 10.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest while shooting 43.9% from the field and 34.2% from the three-point range in 573 regular season games (he has also appeared in 14 NBA playoff games).

Lamb has proven to be a reliable scorer and could be a good addition to the Kings (if he makes the roster).

As for the Kings, they are coming off an impressive year where they were the third seed in the Western Conference with a 48-34 record.

They made the NBA playoffs for the first time since the 2006 season, but lost to the Golden State Warriors in the first round of the playoffs (in seven games).

Going into the 2023-24 season, the Kings will be seen as one of the best teams in the west.
