Kevin Durant certainly can dish out the trash talk. Eric Hartline-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Knicks had no answers for Kevin Durant on Sunday, and no one felt that more than Evan Fournier.

Durant and Fournier were seen jawing at one another at different points as the Knicks and Brooklyn Nets played a tight game. KD took the trash talk to the next level when he hit a jump shot over Fournier in the second half and taunted him by calling him “mini.”

There is a history of bad blood between Durant and Fournier. They also exchanged words during the playoffs last season when Fournier was with the Boston Celtics. Fournier appeared to curse at Durant while the Nets were dominating Boston (video here). Fournier then trolled Durant over after Fournier signed with the Knicks last summer.

Durant finished with a game-high 53 points in Brooklyn’s 110-107 win over the Knicks.
