Watch: Steph Curry says 'night night' to Celtics

The Warriors were trailing by double digits early in the fourth and Steph Curry had five fouls. Not a problem.

Curry hit a dagger three with 11 seconds left in overtime to give the Warriors a four-point lead in their 132-126 comeback win over the Boston Celtics. Two nights after his streak of 268 games with a three-pointer ended, the Golden State guard made six triples Tuesday night, none bigger than that last one. He finished with a game-high 33 points.

Sure, Curry was motivated to get a win for his team, which was 12-14 going into the game against the 20-5 Celtics. He also remembers his battles with both the Celtics and their fans in the 2022 Finals.

But Curry also famously reads social media at breaks to get himself motivated, especially when he's struggling. And the Celtics' own media account trolled Curry after he picked up his fifth foul halfway through the third quarter, posting a photo of Jaylen Brown doing the popular "too small" gesture.

Did Steph see it? He had plenty of time while he was sitting for the remainder of the quarter. But coach Steve Kerr put him in to start the final quarter despite his foul trouble, and Curry scored 20 points while staying foul-free for the game's final 17 minutes.

He even proved he wasn't too small to draw a charge on Brown, which he did with three minutes remaining in the final quarter, following it up with a deep three-pointer.

In overtime, Brown was too small to get past Warriors rookie Trayce Jackson-Brown, who delivered one of his three blocks to deny Brown's dunk attempt in OT.

The lesson to Boston is, don't tug on Superman's cape. And don't tell a Splash Brother that he's too small.
