Wizards GM Tommy Sheppard was asked about Thomas Bryant‘s recovery from his ACL, telling FortyEightMinutes and other media that the center is expected to return to the court “sometime in December.”

Bryant had surgery to repair the ACL back in February and was never really expected to be ready to begin the season.

Deni Avdiji Health Update

Teammate Deni Avdija, who suffered a right fibular hairline fracture back in April is 100 percent healthy, according to Sheppard.

The team will “ease” Avdija back into things and ultimately his minutes will be determined by his performance on the court, as the Wizards are much deeper on the wing than they were when Avdija got injured.
