Kansas City Chiefs HC Andy Reid is enjoying the sunshine in Orlando, Florida while representing the franchise at the 2024 Annual League Meetings.

Speaking to reporters at the AFC coaching breakfast on Monday, Reid answered a variety of questions. That included a question about WR Marquise "Hollywood" Brown, the newest addition to his offense during the 2024 NFL free agency period. Reid was asked about what Brown brings to his offense in Kansas City and his answer did not disappoint.

CBS Sports' Jeff Kerr captured Reid's answer on video.

"Yeah, I think Marquise (Brown) gives you the speed element on the outside," Reid said. "Or inside, for that matter. He's played in all of the different spots. I think he's a smart kid. He'll complement Rashee (Rice) and Trav (Travis Kelce), I think, well. Then, he's had some productive years, right? So, I'd invite that in."

Brown can stretch the field with the best of them, but he also brings that speed in yards after the catch capacity, whether he's aligned out wide or in the slot. He truly is the perfect complement to the types of players they already have in Travis Kelce and Rashee Rice, who both have a good sense for finding soft spots in zone coverage. Brown is certainly more of a weapon to be used to get open and beat defenses that want to play man coverage against Kansas City.

You can tell that Reid is already thinking of all the different he'll be able to scheme offensive success just by the fact of pairing Brown with the other weapons they have on offense. It'll be a fun things for Chiefs fans to watch as it develops throughout the course of the 2024 NFL season.
