All eyes will be on Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni in 2024 after he dropped a 10-1 start last fall, losing six of their final seven matchups.

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid offered Sirianni some unsolicited advice on how to get through this next year under a microscope in a city where fans are not the nicest.

"Lots of cheesesteaks," Reid said at the NFL's league meetings on Monday via 94WIP's Eliot Schorr Parks.

If there's anyone who knows what it's like to be on the hot seat in Philadelphia it's Reid.

Reid spent 14 seasons as the Eagles' longest-tenured head coach where he compiled a 130-93-1 (.583) regular season record and snagged six division titles and five trips to the NFC Championship game along the way. He was fired in 2012 after leading the Eagles to a disappointing 4-12 record.

As for Sirianni, he's put together a 34-17 record with three consecutive post-seasons (2-3) and a Super Bowl appearance for the Birds so far.

That doesn't look like a bad coaching stint on paper, but the disastrous end to the 2023 season tells otherwise.

The Eagles have a steady quarterback in Jalen Huts and are stacked with weapons on both sides of the ball. Eagles general manager Howie Roseman also did his part and filled the roster holes in NFL free agency and he will continue to do so with their eight picks in this year's draft.

Sirianni has zero excuses for dropping the ball next season.
