CINCINNATI — Bengals defensive tackle Josh Tupou won't play on Sunday against the Bills due to a shoulder injury. He didn't practice this week.

Defensive tackle Jay Tufele should get meaningful snaps with Tupou out.

Linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither and Joe Mixon are both questionable for Sunday's game. Mixon is expected to play.

Veteran lineman Max Scharping was added to Friday's injury report due to a knee injury. He was limited in practice and is officially questionable for Sunday's game.

Trey Hendrickson (foot) is off the injury report and will play against the Bills.
