The Washington Commanders are undefeated and play host to the powerhouse Buffalo Bills this weekend, but Sunday's key Week 3 matchup - and other games on the slate of the NFL - could be seriously impacted by some inclement weather with a nasty name ... a "tropical cyclone."

Weather experts predict that a tropical storm is on track to batter the East Coast over the course of this weekend. If the current forecasts hold up? That would figure to have an impact on the Bills at the Commanders game, as well at the Indianapolis Colts vs. the Baltimore Ravens game and the New England Patriots at New York Jets game.

NFL analyst Warren Sharp used social media to detail the latest view on this weekend's predicted weather, which could at its worst mean a delay of the games or even something more drastic that that ...

At the very least, this could make conditions difficult for the teams to accomplish what they wish in terms of their game plans. In some cases, bad weather can be a "great equalizer," and on paper, the Bills - three-time defending champions of the AFC East - seem to be the better team.

But if the Josh Allen-led Bills, presently at 1-1, see their passing game negated? That would be a Washington helper. And if the Commanders decided to grind it out on offense? That might be wise, despite the Bills' stout defense. The Bills are presently favored by 6.5 points ... but the weatherman might just have his say there.
