Some members of the Buffalo Bills still are not happy about a block by Jarvis Landy during Friday’s preseason game against the Cleveland Browns.

Landry, who is known as a physical receiver, lit up Bills CB Taron Johnson with a huge block on a rushing play during the game.

Bills linebacker Lorenzo Alexander stuck up for Johnson on Sunday and said that Landry’s block was “dirty.”

“Landry, he’s a good receiver, physical guy, but some of those plays that he has — Aaron Williams, Taron, I’m pretty sure he has other ones — I just think they’re dirty,” Alexander said, via ESPN’s Mike Rodak.

Micah Hyde called it “ridiculous.” Like Alexander, he also referenced Landry’s 2016 block on former Bill Aaron Williams, which essentially ended Williams’ career.

As we could tell based on his fiery speech on “Hard Knocks,” Landry is a passionate player who is trying to teach his teammates some lessons. But that blindside hit was high and probably would have led to a penalty if it were the other way around with a defensive player doing it to an offensive one. It was very similar to his hit on Williams:
