Cedric Tillman was selected by the Cleveland in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft to give the Browns' passing a big, fast presence on the perimeter.  Turns out the former Tennessee Volunteer can do a whole lot more than just run routes.

Tillman blew up Baltimore Ravens LB Kyle Van Noy in the second quarter with an emphatic block.

Tillman peeled back after a fake pitch and almost de-cleated the Ravens linebacker.  He appeared to stand over him briefly before running off, as QB DeShaun Watson scanned the field looking for a receiver.  Despite calls by Ravens fans for a blindside block or taunting on Tillman, no flag was thrown.

To the contrary, there was a flag thrown - on Van Noy for unnecessary roughness on Tillman later in response to the hit.  Talk about adding insult to injury.

Tillman's block has been the extent of his contribution so far today, as has been targeted 3 times but has yet to make a catch.  The Browns trail the Ravens 17-9 at halftime.
