Browns' Myles Garrett was discharged from hospital Monday night; swerved to avoid animal
Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett was discharged from the hospital on Monday night after being involved in a single car accident that saw his Porsche flip multiple times following practice earlier in the day.
More details about the accident are starting to emerge.
According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Garrett swerved on a wet road to avoid an animal, leading to the crash.
Garrett, as well as a woman passenger in the car, did not suffer any life threatening injuries.
Garrett's agent said earlier on Monday that he also did not suffer any broken bones in the accident and was alert and responsible through all testing.
There is still no word on what this all means for Garrett's status for the Browns' game on Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.
