Browns place eight players on reserve/COVID-19 list

The Cleveland Browns are the latest professional sports team in the middle of a COVID-19 outbreak.

Early Tuesday afternoon, the team entered enhanced COVID-19 mitigation protocols. It was later reported that six players were going on the reserve/COVID-19 list: guards Drew Forbes and Wyatt Teller, tight end Austin Hooper, wide receiver Jarvis Landry, defensive end Takkarist McKinley and tackle Jedrick Wills.

Additionally, wide receiver JoJo Natson and tight end Ross Travis were placed on the COVID-19 practice squad and wideout Ja'Marcus Bradley was signed to the practice squad.

Browns tight end David Njoku was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list last week, as were punter Jamie Gillan and LB Anthony Walker Jr. The Browns are currently scheduled to play the Las Vegas Raiders at 4:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
