The Cleveland Browns signed cornerback Thomas Graham Jr. off the Chicago Bears' practice squad on Tuesday.

The Browns waived cornerback Herb Miller in a corresponding move.

Graham played in four games (one start) for the Bears in 2021. He had 13 tackles and four passes defensed. He was one of the team's final cuts last month before clearing waivers and ending up on the practice squad.

Miller has played in 14 games in three seasons with Tampa Bay and the Browns. He played 22 snaps on special teams in the Browns' win over Carolina in Week 1.

The Browns also signed wide receiver Chester Rogers to their practice squad.

The Browns (1-0) host the New York Jets in Week 2.
