The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced they have downgraded running back Leonard Fournette to “Out” versus the Cleveland Browns. Fournette was originally listed as “Doubtful” with a hip injury.

The Bucs also announced they have activated running back Giovani Bernard. Bernard suffered an ankle injury in the week two victory over the Saints. He was placed on injured reserve shortly thereafter and has missed eight games since.
