The Arizona Cardinals have plenty of eyes on their organization as they enter their rebuild with a brand new front office and brand new head coach after a 4-13 season left owner Michael Bidwill no choice but to move forward with change.
Questions surround the team and what they'll look like in the future, and fans hope whatever route is taken with the upcoming No. 3 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft will help turn the ship in Arizona around sooner rather than later.
However, the Cardinals' success will mostly be determined by the health of quarterback Kyler Murray, who is currently recovering from ACL/meniscus surgery after tearing both late in the 2022 season.
His potential timetable for return is still unknown, though Murray did post an encouraging video of him squatting just 13 weeks removed from his surgery:

Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon has been adamant the entire offseason that the team will not rush Murray back from injury.
"He was in Dallas with his surgeon this last week, and he's doing well," Gannon said two weeks ago. "They like where he's at. He's going to start doing some things in the strength room. He's coming along well."
The Cardinals begin offseason activities next week.
