After cornerback Bobby Price and offensive lineman Elijah Wilkinson both returning recently from Injured Reserve, two other Arizona Cardinals have seen their 2023 seasons cut short.
Arizona have placed tight end Geoff Swaim (calf) and inside linebacker Josh Woods (undisclosed) on IR, ultimately ruling them out for the last three games on their remaining schedule.
Swaim has been known for being the blocking TE while Trey McBride has done the heavy lifting offensively.
In his first season as a Cardinal, Swaim played in all 14 games, started eight, gathered 94 yards from 10 receptions.
Last game, he would suffer his season-ending injury during Arizona’s 45-29 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

As for Woods, he also will miss the conclusion of his first year in the valley.
Woods tackled 61 times, recorded half a sack and a defended pass in 11 games this season.
