Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey is used to putting his football skills on display for a large audience. Now the All-Pro running back will be showing his other skill set, playing the piano, with an upcoming Instagram live stream on Wednesday.

Bose announced on Monday that McCaffrey will provide group piano lessons on its Instagram page on April 8 at noon EST. As part of its “Music Gives Back campaign, Bose will also be donating toward McCaffrey’s “22 and You” program.

McCaffrey launched his program on April 2 and it raised nearly $120,000 in four days with the help of more than 400 donors. The star running back, partnering with Lowe’s Home Improvement, aimed to provide financial support for countless healthcare workers who are on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The money raised is going toward the North Carolina Healthcare Foundation and the South Carolina Hospital Association Foundation. Those interested in finding more information about the causes or want to donate can go to McCaffrey’s website.

McCaffrey joins many others across the NFL community who have generated more than $35 million for COVID-19 relief efforts. Among them, Drew Brees pledged $5 million to aid Louisiana’s relief efforts.

Baker Mayfield, Adrian Peterson, Brandin Cooks and Deshaun Watson have also donated money toward providing food to essential workers and medical supplies to hospitals. Most recently, the Los Angeles Rams announced their telethon raised $2.3 million for local food banks, which led to their COO reading hilarious mean tweets.

It’s wonderful to see so many people doing whatever they can to help those in need. During a time of crisis, the actions and donations of others have been a source of positivity and hope.
