Dolphins RBs Myles Gaskin, Salvon Ahmed activated from COVID-19 list

In a bit of rare good news on the NFL COVID-19 front, the Miami Dolphins look likely to get their top two running backs in time for their Week 15 game against the New York Jets.

Through 13 games, Gaskin is the team's leading rusher with 154 carries for 526 yards and three touchdowns. He's also hauled in 45 receptions for 217 yards and four touchdowns on 56 targets.

Ahmed has played 12 games and ranks second behind Gaskin in rushing attempts (54) and rushing yards (149).

The Dolphins placed their leading receiver — rookie Jaylen Waddle — on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday.
