The Dolphins are standing pat with the roster the way it is for the most part as they prepare for the important matchup with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. But there is one significant addition to the 53-man roster.

Miami is adding linebacker Melvin Ingram to the roster after elevating him from the practice squad. He was also used in last week's 22-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys where the former South Carolina Gamecock tallied two tackles.

Last season, Ingram had 22 tackles and six sacks and then returned this season to help out after Jaelan Phillips was moved to injured reserve.

The former No. 18 overall pick from the 2012 NFL Draft has also played for the Chargers, Steelers and Chiefs, and has totaled 407 total tackles, 57 sacks, 16 forced fumbles and three interceptions in his 12 seasons in the NFL.
