Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Milton Williams exited Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders early in the first quarter following a scoring drive led by Sam Howell.

Soon after, Williams was ruled "questionable" to return with a shoulder injury.

Eagles' third-string tight end Grant Calcaterra was also injured in the first quarter and headed into the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion.

Williams is a key piece in this Eagles' defensive rotation, though they have plenty of depth at the position to fill his void. We'll see more reps from rookie stud Jalen Carter, who had an injury scare on the first drive of the game but ended up returning to the field after a brief trip to the blue medical tent.

Veteran backup Kentavius Street will also likely see more action in Williams' place.

Williams has 19 total tackles and half a sack through seven games on the season so far.

As for dealing with Calcaterra's absence, the Eagles still have starter Dallas Goedert and backup Jack Stoll available.

The Eagles are currently losing 14-3 to Washington and we will update this post as soon as more information comes out.
