Philadelphia Eagles starting left guard Landon Dickerson is set to make his return back to the lineup against the Arizona Cardinals.

Dickerson underwent surgery on his thumb last week and missed the Eagles' Christmas Day win over the New York Giants, which is the only matchup he's been unavailable for all season.

Dickerson was a full participant in practice all week and received no game-day injury designation on the Eagles' final injury report.

Backup guard Sua Opeta stepped into the starting left guard role against the Giants and did a decent job, however, having Dickerson back will be a huge boost for the O-line.

Dickerson, 25, is one of the top blockers in the leagues, ranking first among interior linemen in run block win rate (81%) and eighth in pass block win rate (96%), according to ESPN.

Dickerson has played 931 snaps this season through 14 games and has allowed just 3 sacks, 5 quarterback hits and 33 total pressures.

The Eagles' offensive line isn't the only one benefiting from the Birds' latest injury updates.

Philly's secondary is also set to get starting slot cornerback Avonte Maddox (pectoral) back for the first time since Week 2.

The Eagles will need to make another roster move before Sunday in order to make room for Maddox on the 53-man roster and officially welcome him back from Injured Reserve.
