Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown unintentionally stirred up NFL trade rumors earlier this week after he changed his Twitter/X profile picture to New England Patriots legend Tom Brady.

Around the same time, Brown also reportedly followed current Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett and wide receiver KJ Osborn.

Naturally, fans watching Brown's every move figured he was hinting that he was going to be traded to New England.

But Brown cleared the air on his Instagram Live story while at a playground with his kids over the weekend.

"Coby, ya'll trying to get me in trouble," Brown said while Brissett replied with laughing faces in the chat. "Tell this man we work out every offseason together. This is my off-season quarterback until I link up with Jalen [Hurts]. I've been following him."

Brown went on to explain himself even further before he said, "I'm not about to get into it, I'll be at the playground."

Brown and Brissett both spend their offseason in Florida and it's typical for NFL players from other teams to train together if they're living in the same.
