The Ole Miss Rebels are turning to former NFL/Ole Miss quarterback Eli Manning to help with the program's NIL efforts.

Earlier this week, The Grove Collective announced "An evening with Eli Manning and Jaxson Dart" on May 6. The event will feature Manning and Dart talking "all things football", as well as a silent auction, dinner, and a meet and greet.

That's a great idea from The Grove Collective. Eli is one of the program's most popular alumni. There's no doubt that passionate Ole Miss fans will be eager to shell out some cash to attend the unique event.

The Tennessee Vols-focused collectives should be working to figure out a way to bring the same kind of event to Knoxville.

Imagine how much NIL money could be raised via an evening in Knoxville with Peyton Manning and Nico Iamaleava. It would undoubtedly be a sold out event.

If Eli is stepping up to help Ole Miss, then Peyton, who is as competitive as they come, should be eager to do the same for his alma mater. After all, if Peyton wants to see his Vols thrive, it means there's gotta be plenty of NIL money to spend.
