The Dallas Cowboys have been one of the most competitive teams in the NFL, but they somehow always manage to fumble during the biggest games.

There are plenty of issues the team has to address in the offseason, but they’re already working on solving some of their biggest problems in the offseason. While they’re looking for capable people who can help the team, there are some who argue that they have a bigger problem than finding the right people to help them win the Super Bowl.

For one former quarterback who played at the highest level of the game, he thinks that the Dallas Cowboys have a rooted problem that they need to address before they even dream about winning the Super Bowl.

Robert Griffin III thinks the Dallas Cowboys need a paradigm shift in their culture

Former Washington Redskins QB and current TV presenter Robert Griffin III thinks that the Cowboys have a talented team. However, he believes that the team could do better with another coach who could transform them into a hyper-comeptitive squad that won’t lose out to anyone in the NFL.

The Spun’s Hunter Hodies wrote about his take, which some fans may agree on:

“They have to figure out a way to allow a coach to come in there. I think a coach that can challenge Jerry Jones and make him uncomfortable is the only way that the Cowboys are going to get over the hump,” Griffin said, via On3. “Right now, they’re too cuddly, like teddy bears. Especially when it comes to the line of scrimmage.”

His statement insinuates that Mike McCarthy may not be the ideal coach who can take the Cowboys to the Super Bowl. It’s been four years since he took over, and his effectiveness has shown in the three consecutive 12-5 seasons they’ve played.

However, it’s clear with how they’ve faltered in the playoffs that he may not be the right man for the job. With the upcoming season likely his final year under Jerry Jones, McCarthy will have to do everything he can to bring the Dallas Cowboys back to the Super Bowl.
