Goldberg sparked some buzz at the Atlanta Falcons game on December 10.

The Falcons hosted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. To hype up the crowd, WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg came out and speared someone wearing a Tom Brady jersey. The former Universal Champion then received a custom Atlanta Falcons WWE Championship and said, “Who’s next?” (Clip courtesy of Maria Martin).

Before Goldberg entered the wrestling world, he played football for the University of Georgia. The Los Angeles Rams selected him in the 1990 NFL Draft. He bounced around and later played for the Atlanta Falcons from 1992 to 1994.

Goldberg last wrestled at WWE Elimination Chamber 2022. It is not known when he will return to the ring. The WWE legend previously noted that he has not gotten a proper retirement match yet.
