The Jacksonville Jaguars will have five players listed on today's inactive list vs. the Houston Texans. 

Wide receiver Zay Jones will miss the game with a knee injury, while rookie wide receivers Parker Washington and Elijah Cooks, rookie safety Antonio Johnson, and running back JaMycal Hasty are also listed as inactive. 

Receiver Jacob Harris was elevated from the practice squad and will take the fifth receiver spot on the active roster, joining Christian Kirk, Calvin Ridley, Tim Jones, and Jamal Agnew.

If the Jaguars defeat the Texans, it will be Jacksonville's fifth straight victory against an AFC South opponent, a streak that dates back to November 2022. It is the longest win streak against AFC South rivals in franchise history. 

The Jaguars have forced three turnovers in each of the first two games this season. If they have three takeaways on Sunday, it will mark the longest streak of three takeaway games in franchise history. No team has forced three turnovers in each of the first three games of a season since the Vikings did it in 2016.

Trevor Lawrence totaled 242 yards (216 pass, 26 rush) with 0 INTs last week. Lawrence completed 17 of 21 attempts. (81%) for 152 yards in last meeting vs. the Texans. He has 10 TDs (7 pass, 3 rush) vs. two INTs with 106.1 rating in his past 5 starts vs. division.

Travis Etienne had 100+ scrimmage yards in both games vs. Houston last season, including 140 scrimmage yards (108 rush, 32 rec.) & a rush touchdown in last meeting. He has a rushing score in two of his past three games vs. AFC South defenses.
