Not long ago, the Las Vegas Raiders ended another regime when Jon Gruden resigned from the Raiders on Oct. 11, 2021. Now, what happened is still being fought in court, so we will leave that out of the story, as most already know what happened or was said to have happened.

But, it's no secret that the Raiders have had issues when it comes to keeping a coach or regime in place. One of the most historic franchises ever has had several different regimes, or coaches and general managers take over, over the last 10 years or so.

One of those regimes that didn't work out was the Jon Gruden regime. Obviously, the email situation happened, which is the real reason he resigned, but he wasn't doing a great job on the field either. In terms of coaching, he was decent. However, the draft classes he was bringing in were nearly atrocious. There is one name I have to say to back that all up - Alex Leatherwood.

But, Gruden is looked at by many as a legend in the football world and one of the smartest minds we have seen. That's why he has been given a chance with another football job.

According to the Milano Seamen of the European League of Football, they have hired Gruden to help them.

We're excited to announce that American football legend, Jon Gruden, will work with us as advisor. Gruden won in 2002 Super Bowl with Tampa Bay. Gruden will help us to improve our organization in every aspect. He already started to work with our coaching staff

Gruden has said he wants to get back into working in football, and now he has. The Milano Seamen are the five-time Italian Bowl Champions
