The Los Angeles Chargers have one of the best one-two punches on the edge in the league, if not the best, in Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack. But, their depth, outside of Tuipulotu, isn't great.
And the impact is already showing. The Los Angeles Chargers have significantly bolstered their depth with their recent acquisitions.
The Los Angeles Chargers had to make difficult decisions this offseason regarding Mike Williams and Keenan Williams. Their salary situation wasn't great, but after making moves, they could add to their roster again. They did that again on Saturday.
According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, the Chargers have agreed to a deal with veteran edge rusher Bud Dupree. The deal is for two years and worth up to $6 million.
Dupree was previously with the Atlanta Falcons last season, and before that was with the Tennessee Titans. He had 6.5 sacks last season, which is the most he has had since 2020, when he had eight.
