NFL legend Terry Bradshaw selling his 744-acre ranch for $22.5 million

NFL legend and Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw is selling his massive ranch and the 744 acres that come along with it.

You too can live like a four-time Super Bowl winner, two-time Super Bowl MVP and three-time Pro Bowler, popular television personality and football analyst.

All you've gotta do is fork out $22.5 million and the place is yours. This, according to the Dallas Morning News, which is reporting the sale.

It is worth noting that Bradshaw has tried and failed to sell the estate before. It would make sense that it's struggling to sell, too. Sure, the land features a beautifully rustic 600-square-foot main house and a working equestrian and cattle ranch, but how many people are walking around with $22.5 million to spend on that kind of investment...especially in today's economy?

We'll see if Bradshaw can get an offer this time around. Perhaps we can all (as in every person who ever reads this) can pool our money together to see if we can scrounge up a down payment.
