NFL Week 15 injury report
Week 15 featured several significant injuries, most notably Steelers top wideout Antonio Brown. Here's a rundown of the biggest injuries from Week 15 games.
Davante Adams, WR, Packers
Adams took a brutal hit from Thomas Davis on a Carolina interception return, resulting in a concussion. He was injured his leg earlier in the game.
Antonio Brown, WR, Steelers
Brown needed to be helped off the field with a lower left leg injury. He had X-rays and was brought to the hospital before being diagnosed with a partially torn calf muscle. While he will miss the rest of the regular season, the Steelers expect Brown to return for the playoffs.
Rex Burkhead, RB, Patriots
Burkhead injured his knee on Sunday against the Steelers and was almost immediately ruled out for the game. He could miss time, but doesn't have a torn ACL.
Landon Collins, S, Giants
The Giants secondary was beaten up by Nick Foles and the Eagles after Collins left in the first half with an ankle injury. His status for next week is unknown.
James Conner, RB, Steelers
The Steelers suffered a hit to their running back depth when Conner suffered a knee injury on Sunday. The severity of the injury is to be determined.
Austin Ekeler, RB, Chargers
Ekeler had a costly fumble in Saturday night's game against the Chiefs, and his night got worse with a broken hand. He will miss the rest of the season.
E.J. Gaines, CB, Bills
Gaines has struggled to stay healthy this season, and left Sunday's game in the third quarter with a knee injury. He didn't return following the injury.
George Iloka, S, Bengals
Iloka tried to return Sunday after leaving with a shoulder injury, but he wasn't able to stick it out for long. He finished the game on the sideline.
Marqise Lee, WR, Jaguars
Lee injured his right ankle while blocking early in Sunday's game. The Jags still managed to put up 45 points against Houston despite Lee's absence.
Corey Liuget, DL, Chargers
Liuget left Saturday night's game with a knee injury that was later diagnosed as a grade 2 PCL sprain. He's questionable to return during the regular season.
Jeremy Maclin, RB, Ravens
Baltimore lost Maclin early in Sunday's game due to a knee injury. He returned briefly but miss most of the second half.
