The Arizona Cardinals walk into an offseason where change is imminent.
After the team introduced Jonathan Gannon on Thursday, the Cardinals have already found their offensive and defensive coordinators for 2023 before the weekend cold finish.
While assistants will continue to come through the coaching staff, the roster is now set to see an overhaul that includes 30 players hitting free agency shortly after the NFL Combine, which is set to take place in under two weeks.
Arizona will see four of their possible five starters either retire or hit free agency, leaving plenty of wiggle room for potential big men buried in the depth chart to have a chance of starting moving forward.
One of those potential building blocks moving forward could be Josh Jones, who was named as the Cardinals' most improved player by Pro Football Focus.

"Jones went from a liability as a pass protector in his first season as a starter in 2021 to a more-than-solid player at the position this past season. Jones (25-years-old) is still fairly young, has starting experience and has proven to be versatile. He's under contract for just one more season.
While a potential Rodney Hudson retirement won't do much, losing either of Justin Pugh, Will Hernandez or Kelvin Beachum could propel Jones to a starting position.
