PFF names 'one last move' Browns should make

The Browns were one of the most active teams in free agency this offseason. However, Pro Football Focus believes they should make one more move before the start of the 2023 season.

PFF says Cleveland should sign pass rusher Frank Clark, who would certainly bring championship-caliber play after winning two Super Bowls (LIV and LVII) with the Chiefs.

Clark, who is 29, had 39 tackles, five sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery on the way to his second ring in 2022. However, Kansas City cut him after being unable to rework his contract.

The eight-year veteran is searching for his third home since entering the league as a second-round pick in 2015 and the Browns would surely benefit from adding Clark.

Cleveland already added free agents Obo Okoronkwo and Dalvin Tomlinson to pair with Myles Garrett on its defensive line, but you can never have enough depth in the trenches.

Plus, the Browns are a team that, on paper, look ready to make a run for a championship. So, what better way to help reach those aspirations than by adding the NFL's third all-time leader in postseason sacks (13.5).

Cleveland has a lot of money tied up elsewhere on its roster, but if the team can find a way to sign Clark, who shouldn't cost too much, it may be on its way to the franchise's first Super Bowl.
