The Philadelphia Eagles set to get a player back for Super Bowl

The Philadelphia Eagles are set to get a starter back from the injured reserve. The Eagles and their Super Bowl opponent, the Kansas City Chiefs, are navigating injuries before their final game of the 2022-23 season. The Eagles should come into the game much healthier than the Chiefs. They’re now about to get a boost for their special teams.

According to Aaron Wilson with KPRC, the Eagles have designated punter Arryn Siposs to return from the injured reserve.

Siposs was injured in Week 14. According to Fox Sports, Siposs said he’s ready to go and play in the Super Bowl. Brett Kern has punted in place of Siposs since the injury. According to Pro Football Focus, Siposs is average 45.66 yards a punt. He’s earned an overall grade of 55.0. Siposs booted 19 punts inside the 20-yard line in his first 14 weeks this season.
