So, we think the Las Vegas Raiders' culture has changed, especially after the win over the New York Giants. But we will truly know once we see how this team iteration handles adversity. We will know if they just get back to work after a bad game and go out and handle business the next week.

But, from what we have seen, Antonio Pierce has turned things around. The vibes are great, and the Raiders are playing like we know they do so well: being violent on defense and running the ball on offense. That is what the fans want to see with a mixture of winning the ball games as well.

Pierce has the vibes at practice changed, too, as we can all see they are much more happy and having more fun than we have seen before. So much so that we just saw one rookie do something only a team would do: have fun.

In this video by Vegas Sports Today, you can see Tre Tucker hitting a backflip in practice and then celebrating with his teammates, but more specifically with Josh Jacobs. We also see a dance circle start.

This team's energy has certainly changed. Now, let us see if they can convert that into the game on Sunday Night Football against the New York Jets.
