The Green Bay Packers escaped from Tampa Bay with a 14-12 win over the Buccaneers. After the game, Aaron Rodgers revealed that he saw something on the jumbotron that he mentioned to Matt LaFleur.

Whatever it was that he saw apparently helped the Packers stop the Bucs’ two-point conversion. This preserved the lead and the win for Green Bay. When LaFleur was asked about what Rodgers saw, he stated, “That is a question for Aaron.”

The game-saving stop

With the Packers leading 14-6, Tom Brady marched the Buccaneers' offense down the field and into the end zone with under two minutes to play. Of course, the Bucs went for two in order to tie the game. Brady’s pass on the conversion attempt was broken up by De’Vondre Campbell, however.

Following the failed two-point conversion, the Bucs attempted an onside kick, which was recovered by Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard. Green Bay was able to run down the clock and win the game.

What Aaron Rodgers might have seen

Once Aaron Rodgers revealed that he saw something on the jumbotron that he mentioned to Matt LaFleur, speculation swirled on social media wondering what it was. As the title of this article states, a Reddit post that was shared on Twitter revealed what it might have been.

According to the post, fans in attendance at the game stated that the tablet Tom Brady was holding on the sidelines was shown on the jumbotron. As a result, the play the Bucs ran for their two-point conversion was visible to anyone paying attention.

Apparently, it was drawn up on the screen of the tablet. If that is the case, there will surely be a change in policy regarding what is shown on the big screen going forward.
