New Orleans Saints four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore was placed on injured reserve Saturday due to his ankle injury.

The move means Lattimore will miss at least four games.

Lattimore was injured during the Week 10 game against the Minnesota Vikings. New Orleans had a bye last weekend.

Lattimore, 27, has 48 tackles and one interception in 10 games (all starts) this season.

In 2022, Lattimore was limited to seven games due to kidney and rib injuries.

Overall, Lattimore has 15 interceptions, five forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and 375 tackles in 90 games over seven seasons with the Saints, who made him the No. 11 overall selection in the 2017 draft.

New Orleans elevated veteran defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul and fullback Adam Prentice from the practice squad for Sunday's road game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Pierre-Paul, 34, would be seeing his first action for the Saints. The three-time Pro Bowl selection has 94.5 career sacks and 21 forced fumbles in 179 regular-season games (150 starts) in 13 seasons with the New York Giants (2010-17). Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2018-21) and Baltimore Ravens (2022). The Giants selected him with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2010 draft.
