A week after coach Pete Carroll called him and others out for poor performance, Seattle Seahawks safety Julian Love took matters into his own hands. Literally.

With Seattle up 20-17 with less than 30 seconds to go, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts hurled a long ball to receiver A.J. Brown, hoping for a game-winning big play.

Instead, Love ruined Hurts' plans by snagging a picture-perfect, toe-tap interception to win the game. Here's the play:

It was Love's second interception of the day, leading a defensive effort that allowed just 143 passing yards by Hurts. With the win, the Seahawks move to 7-7 and remain in playoff contention.

After allowing a couple of big games early in the season, Love has come around to be a versatile piece for the Seahawks defense. He's been able to fill in as a spot starter for Jamal Adams and has earned three total interceptions in his last two games. As it turns out, Love was a solid pickup for Seattle during the offseason.
