ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Pittsburgh Steelers added Minkah Fitzpatrick and Damontae Kazee, but lost T.J. Watt, causing a shakeup in the Steelers defensive depth chart for the team’s Wild Card playoff game against the Buffalo Bills on Monday.
