Steelers hold AFC North's longest drought

For Steelers fans, it might feel like a century since the team last won a meaningful game. However, they may be right in feeling this way.

Pittsburgh officially finds itself in a spot it never thought it would be in; the AFC North's longest playoff win drought.

The Steelers last won a postseason game in the 2016 divisional round of the playoffs where they defeated the Chiefs 18-16. Pittsburgh would go on to lose 36-17 to the Patriots in the AFC Championship.

The Browns and Ravens each last won in the 2020 AFC wild-card round, and of course, the Bengals won a week ago in the 2022 Divisional round.

The Steelers have since been put on blast as fans are demanding more success than just having a .500 or better season record.

The six years since Pittsburgh's last playoff win marks the organization's longest streak in the Super Bowl era.

Head coach Mike Tomlin doesn't seem to be going anywhere as of now, but something needs to change or a splash move needs to be made by the Steelers this offseason if they want to get back to the postseason.

The AFC North seems to get better every year and Pittsburgh is falling behind.
